Production turnaround time is 2-7 days from the date the order is placed depending on current orders. This is subject to change at any time without notice. Turnaround time does not include shipping timeframe.

Once item ships you will receive shipping info with tracking. All orders ship either UPS or USPS. At this time we do not ship international. 

Once item is shipped, TimberviewForge is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through email 27northgraphics@gmail.com and if you could provide pictures in email.
